• Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (¢) and may change without prior notice.

• Ulodecor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Ulodecor is not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses.

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

• Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

• Refunds are generally issued as store credit, unless otherwise required specified in our Refund Policy.

1. Warranty Coverage

   • Our products come with a 3 months limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

   • This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

2. Exclusions

   • The warranty does not cover:

     • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

     • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage.

     • Products used in commercial settings unless specifically stated.

     • Damage from power surges, water, fire, or natural disasters.

3. Claim Process

   • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

   • Clear photos or videos of the defect may be requested for evaluation.

4. Resolution

   • If the warranty claim is approved, ULODECOR may, at its discretion:

     • Repair the product,

     • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or

     • Provide store credit.

   • No cash refunds will be issued under warranty claims.

5. Warranty Limitations

   • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

   • Liability is limited strictly to the repair, replacement, or credit of the product.

   • ULODECOR is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

• Ulodecor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

7. Intellectual Property
