Delivery Policy

1. General
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts, but occasionally, some items may be unavailable at the time of purchase. If this occurs:
- We will ship the available items in your order.
- We will contact you regarding the out-of-stock items and offer the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund.
- We offer payment on Delivery only within Accra or in-store pick up only.
- Payment before delivery outside Accra. And all payment its collected on our website through our online payment partners (Paystack, Mobile Money Telcos), hence, you are guaranteed of secured payment.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.
- The final shipping cost is displayed before payment and will not change after checkout.
3. Delivery Terms
Domestic Shipping
- Most domestic orders arrive within 1 – 7 days.
International Shipping
- International delivery times range from 4 – 22 days, depending on the courier chosen at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12 PM GMT are dispatched the same day. Otherwise, they will be shipped on the next business day.
- Our physical stores operates Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).
Changing Delivery Address
- You can request a delivery address change before your order is dispatched. Within 1 to 6 hours
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- P.O. box addresses: We do not to deliver to postal addresses uless a voucher or physical gift card
Out-of-Stock Items
- If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items first and send the remaining items once restocked, in most cases you might not be able to order out of stock items
Delivery Delays
- If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- If possible, reject the delivery and notify us immediately.
- If you received the parcel while absent, please contact our support team for assistance.
7. Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is included in the price displayed on our website.
Import Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, import duties and taxes are postpaid, so you may incur additional fees upon arrival.
8. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
- If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our returns policy.
9. Shipping Insurance
- All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier’s stated value.
Damaged Parcels in Transit
- We will process a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the damage.
Lost Parcels
- If your parcel is lost, we will issue a refund or replacement after the courier’s investigation is complete.
