Returns
We have a 7-day return window. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
If your item is damaged, please contact us and we will arrange to replace the damaged parts or the entire fixture where necessary.
The fastest way to get what you want is to complete the return process first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order. In such cases, we will provide free delivery for the replacement item.
Refunds
At ULODECOR, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note the following refund terms:
No Refunds or Returns for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you simply change your mind about a purchase.Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund, store credit, or exchange, depending on your preference. In such cases, no restocking fee will apply.Restocking Fee

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective,
The item is damaged, or
You receive the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, clear photos and/or videos of the product are required.
Depending on the situation, we will:
Replace damaged parts, or
Send a replacement fixture free of charge.
If you prefer to return the item instead of receiving a replacement, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations
To make changes to your order, please notify us within 4 hours of placing it.
Cancellation requests must also be made within 4 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
