To process any warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be presented.

If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, Ulodecor will, at its discretion:

Replace it with an identical or comparable item
Issue a store credit or refund

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs may be covered by Ulodecor depending on the situation and location.
